The LUMIGLAS® LSQ-075-B Observation Port is the entry-level model of the LSQ-075 series — a compact, 3/4″ NPT inline sight glass fitting precision-machined from free-cutting brass (CW614N / C36000). Designed for general-purpose visual inspection of pipelines and process equipment under standard service conditions, it delivers reliable optical clarity at a cost-effective price point for ambient and low-temperature applications.

The standard LUMIGLAS® glass lens provides clear, undistorted visibility for routine flow monitoring, level confirmation, and fluid colour inspection. With a maximum operating pressure of 50 PSI (3.45 bar) and a temperature rating of 500°F / 260°C, the LSQ-075-B is the specified choice for water treatment, HVAC, food processing, and light industrial process lines.

The LSQ-075-B addresses a common specification gap in general-purpose process systems: the need for a compact, threaded inline observation port that installs directly onto standard 3/4″ NPT pipe without additional fittings, spacers, or custom machining. The LUMIGLAS® standard glass lens is optically clear and thermally stable to 260°C — more than adequate for water, steam condensate, compressed air, food-grade liquids, and general chemical service under ambient conditions.
For elevated-temperature or corrosion-critical service, the LSQ-075-S (SS316 / Borosilicate) and LSQ-075-M400 (Monel® / Fused Quartz) variants are available within the same series.
