Description
The USL 03-LED sight glass luminaire is a compact, stainless-steel LED light engineered for mounting on sight glass fittings and visual flow indicators. It provides glare-free illumination for tanks, hoppers, silos, and closed vessels and fits many standard sight glass fittings (DIN 28120 / DIN 28121 and DIN 11851 style).

Change / replace the LED illuminant (quick guide)
Follow these safe steps when replacing the LED lamp:
- Switch off the luminaire and disconnect the power supply. (Safety first.)
- Loosen the two screws in the head of the luminaire and carefully open the housing.
- Replace the LED illuminant — always use the same lamp type and wattage (e.g., GU4 12 V/2 W or the specified LED for your model).
- Check O-ring seals and lid seal; replace if worn (spare part numbers in datasheet). Reassemble and test.
Installation & mounting
The USL 03-LED is usually mounted using the supplied hinged bracket (included) to the mating flange of a circular sight glass fitting, or attached to the grooved nut on screw-type sight glass fittings. The required M6 screw is supplied. For flow indicators and special flanges, use the accessory mounting adapters. See installation instructions.
