The Lumistar MV threaded sight glass is a robust, screwed sightglass assembly engineered for direct mounting into process vessels, tanks and pipelines using weldable threaded brackets. Designed in accordance with DIN-11864-1 and compatible with DIN-11851 style fittings, the MV series delivers reliable visual inspection for hygienic and industrial applications. Available in soda-lime or borosilicate glass and a range of gasket and ring materials to suit temperatures up to 280 °C.

  • O-ring/elastomer options: Viton, PTFE, silicone, EPDM.

  • Ring / bracket alloys: standard stainless steels and higher alloys available on request.
