LUMIGLAS® YT-2120 is an optical fiber-grade synthetic quartz tube produced from 6N fused silica (SiO₂ ≥99.9999%) with OH hydroxyl content <1 ppm and all metallic impurities controlled below 0.005 ppm (wt). Refractive index (Δn) is customisable for specialty fiber preform design. Available in three sub-grades — liner tube, small sleeve and large sleeve — covering OD φ10–90 mm with lengths up to 3000 mm. Used in OVD, VAD, MCVD and PCVD fiber preform processes and specialty optical fiber manufacturing.

LUMIGLAS® YT-2121 is a fluorine-doped (F-doped) synthetic quartz tube produced from 6N-grade fused silica with customisable relative refractive index Δn from −0.4% to 0. Fluorine doping lowers the refractive index below that of pure silica — enabling depressed-cladding, W-profile and trench-assisted single-mode fiber preform designs including G.657A/B low-bend-loss fiber.
